PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA POLICY

In accordance with this Policy, ATOM MÜHENDİSLİK, as Data Controller, explains that it collects and processes personal data regarding the services it offers and will provide to you, what kind of data is collected in this framework, how this personal data is used, what your rights are over your personal data processed and how you can exercise these rights.

B) Creation of Log Files within the Scope of Viewing the ATOM MÜHENDİSLİK Site

However, in case of any legal dispute that may arise between you and ATOM MÜHENDİSLİK, your personal data may be stored, limited to the purpose of making the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute, and during the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the relevant legislation. In the event that the purpose of processing personal data disappears or the period expires, personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized unless there is another legal basis for keeping personal data. H) Rights of Personal Data Owner

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, as the data owner;

Pursuant to article 13/1 of the KVKK, in order to use your rights specified in this article, fill out your request, application form and documents encouraging your identity completely and send it to ATOM MÜHENDİSLİK, Şerifali Mah. In case of a written response to the requests and there is an additional cost for this reason, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

If your application is not answered at all or on time, or if the answer is found insufficient, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14-15).
